BWSF Joins Honorary Committee for the National Archives Foundation
BWSF is a partner in promoting the National Archives upcoming exhibit All American: The Power of Sports. BWSF Co-founder Dr. Nikki Franke will be featured in this historic exhibit.
About the Exhibit:
All American: The Power of Sports is an exhibition celebrating how sports have shaped American history and culture, and how athletes have used their platforms to drive social and political change. The exhibit features over 75 records including original artifacts, films and photos of impactful moments in sports history, baseball cards, trophies, and more!
BWSF Board Members Dr. Jacqueline McDowell and Shannon George and their husbands will represent BWSF at the VIP pre-opening celebration on 9/12.
On 9/16/2022, the All American: The Power of Sports Exhibit opens to the public at the National Archives Museum, Lawrence F. O’Brien Gallery, 701 Constitution Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20408.
