Black Women in Sport Foundation Honored by Philadelphia Wings Lacrosse for Women's History Month!

(3/6/2023) Congratulations to BWSF’s Hall of Famer Tina Sloan Green and Dr. Germaine Edwards, and all of the outstanding honorees recognized by the Philadelphia Wings Lacrosse for Women's History Month!

The program kicked off with a pre-game reception and panel featuring the honorees Ally Mastroianni, Midfielder, U.S. National Team, Lacrosse; Dr. Germaine Edwards, BWSF;
Autumn Lockwood, Asst. Sports Performance Coach, Phila. Eagles; Tina Sloan Green, The G.O.A.T. & Co-founder BWSF; Renee Washington, 6ABC Sports Reporter & Founder, Planted Not Buried; and Cynthia Punsallan, Senior VP Business Admin, Spectacor Sports & Entertainment. Afterwards, the honorees and their guests were escorted to their seats to enjoy the match between Phila. Wings and Toronto Rock.
