BWSF Supports the Montco Links Timeless Harmony Jazz Brunch

Kudos to Black Women in Sport Foundation Treasurer Shannon George and the Montgomery County (PA) Chapter of The Links on an awesome sold out event, "Timeless Harmony Jazz Brunch."

The guests were treated to an inspirational and educational conversation with Jo Ann C. Jenkins, CEO AARP. They were also treated to a high-energy performance by Singer, Songwriter & Grammy Award Winner Regina Belle.

Event Co-chairs Marie Golson, Terry Brown-Walker, Tyra Ford, and Roslyn Gilbert lead a dynamic team who showed up, strolled in, and showed out.

Crystal Gifford Jackson, President, Montgomery County (PA) Chapter; Dr. Lisa Laury Lomas, Eastern Area Director of The Links, Inc.; and Jacqueline Cody-Downing, Member, Montgomery County (PA) Chapter offered words that motivated the audience.

Philayva Jazz Band performed throughout the reception and the brunch program, keeping the party going. You know it's a party when Multi-Sport Hall of Famer/BWSF Co-founder Tina Sloan Green and Husband Frank Green, Jr., are in the house.

Media personality Monique Braxton served as Mistress of Ceremonies for the brunch, held at Normandy Farm Hotel & Conference Center.

Black Women in Sport Foundation was proud to be recognized as a sponsor. Special thanks to the George Family for linking BWSF!
